I independently reconciled the run artifacts, source pages, manifest, and watermarks.

Provenance — Every new sources/prs/* page carries merge_sha, source_fingerprint, url, captured_at, and wraps upstream text in UNTRUSTED-UPSTREAM-DATA markers. OK.

Bounded evidence, not promotion — All 6 new pages live under sources/prs/ with scope_status: quarantine; no wiki/ pages, no performance_claims, synthesis-proposals: [], gap_proposals: 0, machine_changes: 0. This is a capture-only update. OK.
