It's my first repository. I will use it to hold the code and materials about learning computer graphics, including i3DAct, Godot, and game development.
I have already spent half of my time in university. However, when I sit down to think about what I have learned, I can say nothing. But when it comes to what I want to learn, I have many answers. I have great ambition but no patience. The last two years have passed from my life just like wasted water. I didn't learn anything. I played with worry and fear all the time. I didn't cultivate good habits. I was addicted to pornography. It took a great part of my life, and I can't get rid of it. I didn't find a good girlfriend, and maybe I will lose my dear girl whom I think of day and night. I have become lazy, self-deprecating, and easy to anger. The past two years were just like a fucking shit in my life, but I still need to overcome it. Overcome my laziness, my anger, and my poor health. I need to learn more. I want to be better. I want to get more.
So I began to learn computer graphics, especially the new application ---- i3DAct, because I have a examine about how to use it. I will update my daily learning materials and results on this repository, so that I can record my way to becoming better. If possible, I will also develop a game using a 3D engine.
Today, I learned how to implement the basic controls for the character. However, it took me a long time because I created two C# files for the same character, but only the first one was saved. Unfortunately, I wrote the basic control code on the second one. When I wanted to debug the code, it failed with the error: "NU1900: Error occurred while getting package vulnerability data: Unable to load the service index for source https://api.nuget.org/v3/index.json. D:\Code_store\i3dact_code\game01\game01.csproj(0,0)". I asked DeepSeek for help. With its help, I cleared my cache, opened my VPN, and ran some commands, but all in vain. Then, I closed my project and opened it again, only to find that my C# file was empty.
From this small episode, I reached this conclusion: Never rely on AI, especially on your learning journey. It is just many lines of code; it can never replace your own mind.
The second skill I learned was that the "Tab" button can automatically fill the blank with the suggested code
It's a pity that France lost in the semi-finals. I had always thought that Kylian Mbappé was still young and had plenty of opportunities ahead. But today, I realized that he is already 27 years old. He is in the prime age of a striker, yet he missed the chance to win the World Cup championship this time. Will he have another chance to win the title again? I don't know. I often feel like there is still plenty of time left, so I still have time to play. But today, Mbappé taught me that time is a treasure, and indeed, it is the one thing we lack the most. From now on, I must do my best to make full use of my time.
What I learned today was mainly about how to prevent camera clipping and how to use triggers. The trigger was the easier of the two tasks. Unfortunately, I couldn't fully implement the camera clipping function due to several reasons. I think the most likely reason is related to the size of the object, and I will test this further and search for more information later. I gained fewer insights from today's learning, mostly because I didn't get enough sleep. And to be honest, my body is aching today. I really need to get a good rest.
