  • PetSure is a pet insurance recommendation and comparison web site that recommends the most suitable insurance product to users based on the SURE index developed using big data. We provide users a simpler way to compare pet insurance and understand the information, avoiding complicated clauses.

• Main Functionality and Service

- 1. Basic Search**

1. This function is for user who want to take a quick look.

2. Users can recieve recommended insurance information by entering their pet's name, species, and birth date

3. The basic search feature does not provide a SURE index, insurance comparison, or insurance coverage calculator.

- 2. Detail Search

1. Users can recieve recommended insurance information by entering coverage preference survey with 8 simple questions, pet's name, species, and birth date.
2. At this time, the recommended insurance is sorted in one of the following order: SURE Index, Lowest Price, Most Coverage. The sorting method can be selected by the user.
3. The best 3 insurances sorted are displayed as Top 3 cards in the top section.

- 3. Insurance Product Comparison

1. Easily compare up to three insurance products.

2. This includes eight types of coverage: outpatient treatment expenses, hospitalization treatment expenses, surgical treatment expenses, knee joint treatments, skin diseases, oral health, urology, and liability coverage. Additionally, the feature provides a Sure Index graph and a coverage amount calculator.

3. Coverage amount calculator: Make easier it for consumers to know how much the product actually covers using information such as coverage amount limit and deductible terms.

[Insurance Product Comparison Feature]: The user can compare up to 3 insurance products, and within the comparison feature, you can also use the coverage amount calculator to compare coverage amounts.

- 4. Insurance Detail

The insurance detail page includes the following elements when the user clicks on specific insurance's detail button after detail searching.

1. SURE Index : SURE Index is calculated based on the company trust rate, relief coverage score, and expected suitability.
2. Focused coverage product graph : Users can check which product is focused on coverage among surgical treatment costs, urinary, oral, skin, and knee joints in the pentagonal graph.
3. Coverage details information : View the details of coverage provided through basic clauses and exclusion clauses.
4. User's feedback graph : A user can visually see the other user's feedback results.
5. Survey : Rate satisfaction with insurance product.
6. Recommend alternative products : Suggest pet products that can substitute for items not coverded by relevant insurance policies but helped for pet's health based on their species and age.
7. Coverage amount calculator: Make easier it for consumers to know how much the product actually covers using information such as coverage amount limit and deductible terms.

1. This page lists 12 common symptoms of diseases that animals frequently suffer from, along with information on symptoms, appropriate responses, and precautions.
