Fetches the Instantly lead on first visit, picks a template by industry, writes the copy through OpenRouter and stores lead and content in Postgres via a Drizzle schema. - Derive template types from Zod schemas and validate stored sites - Add database migrations for versioned generated content - Relocate lead-site generation and remove obsolete OpenRouter modules - Upgrade Next.js and update image and development origin settings
Temporarily replace lead site rendering with a lead ID placeholder and disable generated metadata.

Introduce a shared two-paragraph story schema, generated copy guidance, and styled story sections across all website templates. Bump template versions to regenerate existing sites with the new content.
Separate content generation, persistence, and stored-site validation while preserving current rows during concurrent generation.
Configure project-wide formatting with single quotes and no semicolons, add format scripts and ignore generated files, and apply formatting across the codebase and references.

Adds public, personalized demo websites at
/site/[leadId]. Leads are retrieved from Instantly, matched to a business template, and used to generate structured copy through OpenRouter; generated sites are stored in Postgres with Drizzle migrations and schema versioning.Updates business templates with stories, contact details, maps, preview navigation, and shared navigation components.
Public access for anyone holding a demo URL, including email recipients, is intentional and approved by the project owner. Demo pages request no search indexing.
Production requires the documented environment variables and database migrations. A code review and build checks will follow PR creation; this PR does not itself certify production readiness.
