What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Output is OK. Can you recommend any method visualizing, handling huge quantity
of data? It is a Medicago/colorspace related experiment with more than 23M rows
of output. What is(are) your post processing step(s)? Other utilites give the
methilation coverige, ratio etc. Is there any summarized form of results?
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest CentOS.
