Summary

  • Report torrent playback position to the engine (/Playback/Sessions) with a conflated, retrying reporter; final flush survives player teardown.
  • Resume from saved progress, scaled by watched fraction when the release runtime differs.
  • Continue Watching for streamed titles on the home and details pages.
  • Per-open stream leases, released on teardown without killing a torrent shared with other viewers.

Requires Orca Engine 1.3.0.0-beta or newer.

Testing

  • testDefaultDebugUnitTest passes (new reporter, listener, contract, and view model tests)
  • On device: stop mid-stream → appears in Continue Watching → resumes at the right spot
  • On device: back out while loading → lease released

Report playback position to the engine's /Playback/Sessions endpoints so
torrent streams resume where you left off and show up in Continue Watching
on the home and details pages. Each stream session now carries a lease id,
which is released on teardown without killing a torrent shared with others.

Requires Orca Engine 1.3.0.0-beta or newer.
