Replaces the duplicated four judgment carriers, provider registry, and answer validator with
@jkudish/jev-agent-tools@^0.1.0. The browser keeps its public transport types and fail-loud invalid-answer path; request failures remain transport errors. Typing providers and browser behavior are untouched. (#4017)Checks:
npm run typecheck;npm run build;npm test(72 passed, 0 skipped);TYPESAFE_API_KEY="$TYPESAFE_API_KEY" npm run test:e2e(39 passed, 0 skipped; TypeSafe live). OpenRouter, Cloudflare, and Vercel verified with mocked requests. Oracle APPROVE after two rounds. README.md and CHANGELOG.md contain zero em dashes.
