awesome-jolt catalogs everything in the Jolt ecosystem, not just this
organization's own eight projects - jolt-lang's own libraries,
JVM/Clojure compatibility, docs and tooling. Added to both the
homepage and the projects guide page as a standalone mention rather
than a Projects table row, since the table's adoption/incubation
framing and running counts don't apply to a curated list.
Verified: bb site:build succeeds, both pages render the new paragraph
with no unrendered {{site-base}} template variables.

Adds a short mention of awesome-jolt to the homepage and the projects guide page, next to the existing docs-engine references. It doesn't fit the Projects table (no adoption/incubation framing applies to a curated list of the whole ecosystem), so this is a standalone paragraph in each rather than a row.
Verified locally:
