5b55925 dropped .github/workflows/site.yml "while the repository is
private" — GitHub Pages isn't available for a private repo on this plan, so
actions/deploy-pages 404'd on every push. The repo is public now, so that
condition no longer holds, and the removal commit itself names the exact
restore: "one call to jlt-commons/ci-builds/.github/workflows/site.yml@main
with base-path: /raylib-android."

docs/site.edn and docs/check-site.sh needed no functional changes — only
their header comments explained the removal — so those revert to the
pre-removal wording.

Verified locally

Against docs-engine v0.2.0:

  • bb build succeeds.
  • docs/check-site.sh passes: 33 images, 3 guide pages.
  • Served the build under /raylib-android/ (not root, which is what would
hide a base-path bug) — all 34 emitted URLs return 200, nothing escapes the
    base path, no unrendered {{site-base}}.

Not done here

GitHub Pages currently has no site at all for this repo (has_pages: false,
one stale deployment from 2026-09-03 before it was removed). Enabling it is
its own explicit step, done right before merge per the org's own migration
runbook, not bundled into this PR.

.github/workflows/site.yml" without the "nothing publishes it"
caveat).
