Community Action Point (CAPS or JoatUnits) Generation (V1)

[joatu]

This is dependent on Messaging System being complete

• Admin(s) have the ability to generate CAPS (community action points) to be displayed in people’s profiles/accounts privately.
• They will be displayed simply as a number in someone’s account.
• These CAPS will be able to be sent from one user to another through messages (but more ideally through contracting once contracting has been completed)
