Crowd Offer (Group Community Offer)

[joatu]

Dependent on Community Offers, Messaging, Contracting, CAPS

• Once community offer is up in place, allow crowd offers to be created
• Multiple users are able to collaborate towards a single community offer
• Requires confirmation from all parties to make offer public
• Crowd offers are for larger projects that require the concerted effort of many parties (e.g. Grass to Gardens, Repurposing a Church, launching a cooking for the homeless group, etc)
