…l every-phase gate Phase 2 of the engine-runtime-hardening batch. - mapSessionToOutcome corroborates a claimed --complete against disk evidence and fails closed (blocked) on mismatch or crash-after-report. - Manifest load rejects empty contains:/regex: needles, invalid regex, and echo-your-own-pass-phrase proof conditions; verdict records matched excerpt. - Approval gate parks the transitions its docs name via one pure matrix (every-phase parks propose/apply/verify; after-propose parks propose).
