Non-blocking follow-ups (filed as draft findings)

• build.py emits a generic <img alt="Workflow diagram; details follow in the source guide">. The SVG's <title>/<desc> isn't exposed through <img>. The prose duplicates the content, so this doesn't block, but a descriptive alt would be better.
• docs/showcase/README.md still names only getting-started as a generated page.
• SVG labels are 14px in a 760-wide viewBox, so they render at roughly 7px on a phone.

Note: the spec is blocked-by TASK-106 (Needs Attention), so this PR must integrate bottom-up after #3096/#3097.

Recommendation: Approved, merge in stack order.

Merged the final corrected predecessor and regenerated affected guide/library artifacts. No new slice-specific content edits; final approval/base-only attestation remains the advisor’s decision.

All lower-stack fixes are included by ordinary merges; no rebases or force pushes. These are author checks, with no independent-review or hold-clearance authority.
