pushing to main will build/deploy docs without creating a separate branch. Also uses uv for fast setup of dependencies. Note that deployment is skipped for tags, as the github environment permissions are for main branch only (by default)

@kenblu24 This looks great! Thanks for this (and for being the first contributor besides me XD) I left a few comments to get this finished (and if I have a chance to work on this I can probably make some of the edits myself like the name changes etc). |
