Technical Plots adds printable A3 landscape sheets after the Pixel Map and 3D workflows. Users can arrange and duplicate frames, reuse templates, show mapping coordinates and panel specifications, frame orthographic/isometric views, format delivery notes, and export PDF or print with page preview.
This prepares the 0.9.0 beta release, updates the README/changelog and bundled illustrated guide, and keeps the final hosted web release at 0.7.0.
Validation: 144 tests passed; desktop renderer build and TypeScript passed; lint has no errors (existing warnings only). Browser checks cover plot editing, templates, map labels, framing, print/PDF dispatch and project restoration, plus all 122 guide topics and shortcuts. Windows CI verifies installation, startup, the offline guide, desktop bridge and autosave.
