Summary

  • Gate 1: Design language research & validation — ADR-003, semantic.interactive.hover, high-contrast theme, independence tests, boundary hardening, Architecture Freeze
  • Gate 2: Platform health — CI, bundle/token/API metrics, smoke tests (40 total), PLATFORM-HEALTH.md
  • Gate 3: Reference consumer validation — docs-app + examples public-API-only, APPS.md, app boundary checker

Verification

  • pnpm verify — 40 tests, build, boundaries, app boundaries, metrics — all PASS
  • Architecture frozen per ARCHITECTURE-FREEZE.md (all five questions: No)

Test plan

  • pnpm verify
  • Review ARCHITECTURE-FREEZE.md and sprint-02/03/04 notes
  • Confirm Gate 4 (platform expansion) intentionally deferred
