Outcome

Turns Riverflow into a public, reviewable water-cycle observatory with explicit evidence limits and a practical path toward wetland protection and legal enforcement.

Highlights

  • redesigns the German-first landing and adds an immediate five-language switch
  • fixes responsive mode overflow, short-landscape collisions, mobile data access, zoom ergonomics and bounded map movement
  • makes optional layers lazy, self-hosts fonts and enforces an initial-load budget
  • publishes fine-grained NAWA quality evidence with exact rows on demand
  • distinguishes public monitoring evidence from legal compliance across all 26 cantons
  • discloses source dates, links, licences, methods, provenance and known water-cycle gaps
  • adds governance, security, citation, contributor and dual-licensing foundations
  • replaces direct scheduled writes with reviewable refresh patches and SHA-pinned CI

Verification

  • npm run release
  • npm run check:links — 79 checked, 0 dead, 0 inconclusive
  • npm audit — 0 vulnerabilities
  • responsive browser review at 390×844, 844×390, 768×1024, 1280×800, 1536×960 and 2048×1280
  • accessible searchable/paginated data-table flow exercised in browser

Evidence boundary

The legal audit reports discoverable public evidence, not findings of compliance. The roadmap names the still-missing precipitation, snow, soil, groundwater, lake, evapotranspiration and cross-border components needed to represent the complete cycle.
