The definition (a receipt is an authenticated record of claims, evidence, scope, and unverified remainder for one exact change), the product structure, the validate-bind-combine-policy boundary, and the five commitments from the external review's corrections: review triggers over review replacement, evidence classes over scalar tiers, real chain fields over a bare input digest, trusted receipt creation, and evidence-not-proof.
