Enhance README discoverability with quick navigation and profile snapshot

This PR improves the README’s scannability for first-time visitors by making key sections immediately reachable and adding a concise high-signal overview. The content remains functionally the same, with improvements focused on readability and information access.

• Navigation improvements

  • Added a Quick Navigation block near the top of README.md.
  • Introduced direct anchor links to major sections (whoami, tech stack, projects, research, achievements, etc.) to reduce scrolling and improve section discoverability.

• High-signal summary

  • Added a Quick Snapshot section with compact bullets for:
    • focus areas
    • notable milestones
    • mission
    • collaboration scope

• Placement and flow

  • Inserted both sections directly after the top profile badges so they appear before long-form content.
  • Preserved existing visual style and section structure.
