Hey Josh,
Great library! I added the ability to pull the list of groups. I plan to add more functionality but I wanted to kick off this pr with you so you can comment. I tried to match your style. i'm also a little unsure if it makes sense to have :test mode with GET requests, and if it does, what should I be returning. If you don't mind, let me know if i'm heading in the wrong direction before I continue. Next I plan to add scheduling to messages and sending to groups.
