Good catch. I've been working off a bad scrape of the API documentation. Most of these are now implemented, but I'm still doing some endpoint testing on the stores endpoints. I have a store key so I'm able to get a valid bearer token, but some of the stores endpoints don't seem to be enabled for me. I've requested access for my account so I can complete testing. Also, the rate limiter bug you found is fixed.
