Public-readiness (2/3): friendlier indexes + recipe breadcrumbs - #72

Conversation
Add a welcome line and navigation row to every generated index (category READMEs, recipes/README.md, tags.md) so visitors can move around without editing URLs. Add tools/add_breadcrumbs.py, an idempotent value-guarded tool that inserts a Home / All recipes / category breadcrumb under the title of all 487 recipe pages, and run it. The breadcrumb renders as links on GitHub and is stripped from the EPUB build. No cook-from value or method text changed. Part 2 of the public-readiness effort. Makes the archive navigable for a non-technical visitor who lands on any page.
What changed
recipes/README.md, andrecipes/tags.mdnow open with a short welcome line and a navigation row (Home / All recipes / By tag / Get the cookbook), so a reader can move around without editing URLs. Regenerated viatools/gen_readmes.pyandtools/tag_recipes.py.tools/add_breadcrumbs.py, an idempotent, value-guarded tool that inserts aHome / All recipes / <category>breadcrumb just under the title of every recipe page, and ran it across all 487 recipes. The breadcrumb renders as links on GitHub; the invisible<!-- nav -->marker is stripped from the EPUB build so the e-book is unchanged.build_epub.pyrender_bodynow drops the<!-- nav -->line, andBlimaCake.epubwas rebuilt to confirm (breadcrumb marker in EPUB: 0).Fidelity
