…I gate's section-sign citation shapes The PII gate already exempts a dotted number directly after a section sign; three tests pin the NIST shape, the spaced form, a bare dotted number and a same-line IPv4. The authentication standard's Complexity row cites 3.1.1.2 (rule 5, composition rules) and its Maximum age row 3.1.1.2 rule 6 (no periodic change), per the held Rev. 4 text. Regenerated taxonomy and scorecard for the document's Version and Date.

P-F5: the authentication and password management standard cites SP 800-63B Rev. 4 §3.1.1.2 precisely (rule 5 for composition rules, rule 6 for periodic changes), confirmed against the held Rev. 4 text. Three tests pin the PII gate's section-sign citation shapes; no gate change was needed, because the engine already exempted that shape.
QA: triple-family /validate-pr, two rounds, SHIP from claude, codex and agy (notes only; agy static). Full audit sweep: all 107 gates pass.
