…tal and scorecard classify_maturity classed X.0.y with X >= 2 as Baseline. Two live documents (2.0.8 and 2.0.13) were demoted by it. Versions at or above 2.0.0 are now Mature, the scorecard ladder row says so, and MaturityClassifierTests pins the rule against the old one. Scorecard schema 1.0.1; outputs regenerated.

P-1.47: the portal and maturity scorecard no longer class a document at version 2.0.0 or later as Baseline. Two live documents (2.0.8 and 2.0.13) were demoted by the old rule; the summary moves from 132 Mature and 148 Baseline to 134 and 146 (measured from the generated summary line). The scorecard ladder row says so and its format version is 1.0.1.
QA: triple-family /validate-pr, SHIP from claude, codex (executed re-run) and agy (static). Full audit sweep: all 107 gates pass.
