TODO Priority 2 row 1.283, in part: agent-builders.md's debug-remedy claim and the body text it summarizes. This is the first content change to a guide already in the two-section layout; its metadata was updated through tools/version_basis.py.

• Console UI: cites, at the Dify commit the guide already pins (d39d9ddb), the console web code that reads the plugin permission settings and writes debug_permission with the paired install_permission (the data path the API remedy uses), with the choices everyone, admins and no one, alongside the API remedy already cited.
• Round 1 (QA): the claim states the relationship exactly as the hook shows it (it computes canSetPermissions from enterprise RBAC being off plus the plugin.plugin_preferences key, alongside the calls; the cited lines do not show that flag guarding them), and the new Sources item is dated October 2026.
• Round 2 (QA): the DONE row and the Sources label no longer describe the flag as gating the read and write; the new Sources item's date sits inside its description like the others.
• Remaining gap: which workspace roles can reach that control, and where the console renders it, are not shown by the fetched files; the guide says so and TODO row 1.283 now holds only that remainder.
• The warning to preserve install_permission is kept. No command changes. The checked date advances to 2026-10-19. The cited part of 1.283 moves to DONE.
• VERSION and plugin/plugin.json 1.0.695; CHANGELOG entry under 2026-10-19; generated files rebuilt.

Local checks run by the integrator on the round-2 head (pinned markdown-it-py 4.2.0): tools/run_all_checks.sh passed (All gates passed.).
