Fifth batch of the two-section guide layout (maintainer request, 2026-10-18). 19 more guides move; 99 of 100 are then done. authentication.md follows on its own once its open content PR (#698) merges.

• Guides: dotnet.md, php.md, ruby.md, nextjs.md, frontend-frameworks.md, web-exposure.md, admin-uis.md, bi-dashboards.md, devops-uis.md, server-admin-panels.md, low-code-builders.md, python.md, deployment-lifecycle.md, gpu-clouds.md, mlflow.md, paas.md, sqlite.md, sqlite-http-frontends.md, transactional-email-posture.md.
• mfa.md (already in the layout; carried note H5 from Two-section layout, batch 4: 20 guides #697's QA): its components are reordered so the header names authentik, Keycloak and oauth2-proxy among the leading entries, and its header is regenerated. Authelia has no recorded release version, so it stays in the folded count (the header names only the first component when it has no release version).
• Integrity: produced by tools/version_basis.py --migrate, which asserts every guide body is byte-identical; every metadata value, including body_sha256, is unchanged in all 100 guides.
• VERSION and plugin/plugin.json 1.0.699; CHANGELOG entry under 2026-10-19; generated files rebuilt.

Local checks run by the integrator on this head (pinned markdown-it-py 4.2.0): tools/version_basis.py --check and tools/run_all_checks.sh passed (All gates passed.). Not rendered on GitHub itself.
