Fixes #1086.

lib/util/stat.js: areIdentical returns false when destStat.ino is 0n.
lib/util/tests/stat.test.js: two areIdentical cases with ino 0n expect false.
lib/util/tests/stat.test.js: new checkPaths and checkPathsSync cases with every inode reported as 0n.
