[Feature/Discussion] Non-blocking status view during execution #66

Is this possible to have a tool to display agent progress or logs in a non-blocking view (e.g., a background status or overlay using webview).
Currently, existing tools execution blocks user interaction; a non-blocking view would allow users to remain active while the agent runs.
