Add Support for Opening Images in Editor Area When Clicking Image Tips in #askuser Dialog

When images are added to the dialog invoked by the #askuser tool, clicking on the image tip should open the image directly in the editor area for better viewing. This enhancement would improve user workflow by allowing seamless image inspection without leaving the current context.

I was thinking about a solution for the lack of an API to display tooltips that grows beyond the boundary of the WebView. This seems like a good solution, I'll work on it soon.
