Release Hermes Usage Monitor 2.0

What changed

• Reframes the plugin as Hermes Usage Monitor while preserving the stable opencode-go-quota plugin ID.
• Adds a native Hermes dashboard for OpenCode quota, DeepSeek balance, local history, settings, and diagnostics.
• Adds local DeepSeek spend and runway estimates with credit detection and a 24-hour minimum observation window.
• Adds persistent thresholds, display preferences, transition-only alerts, bilingual copy, and provider adapter registration.
• Adds CI, tests, changelog, and 2.0 migration/security documentation.

Why

The status-bar-only design could not scale without making tooltips crowded. Version 2.0 keeps the status bar compact and moves analysis and controls into a dedicated native Hermes page.

• Real Hermes Desktop validation on Windows: route loading, live OpenCode/DeepSeek data, history sample creation, diagnostics, and used/remaining preference switching.
