This project took data from a fictional pharmaceutical company's skin cancer treatments tested on 249 mice. Pandas and Matplotlib modules were used to analyze the data and generate multiple charts to better visualize the results.
Pymaceuticals Folder:
- pymaceuticals.ipynb: Jupyter Notebook file with analysis and insights (at the beginning of the file)
- merged_df.csv: csv file with resource files merged together
Resources Folder:
- Mouse_metadata.csv: csv file with mouse data
- Study_results.csv: csv file with entire trial results data
