Goal

Give every task a clear roadmap home and expose roadmap section, execution report, and architecture truth doc linkage when relevant so tracker truth stays aligned with planning docs.

Current note

Live tracker truth and roadmap/docs truth still drift too easily; linkage should be first-class rather than implicit.
