Release 1.0.0

First release, Has now a installer (Windows 11)! Whats new:

-fonts can be changed
-html, css, python can now be edited!
-Can change icons, and background editing is so much better!
-No buffer limit!

Known bugs:

-html starts server when directory is open, will fix that in next update
-Installer is werid and has some issues, like naming the quick link wrong and not ending after making it.
