Summary

This makes https://kakao.github.io/actionbase/ the canonical docs URL, per #507. Builds on #508, which makes the site work under a non-root base.

Merging this is the cutover. Once it deploys, the site is built for /actionbase/, so actionbase.io serves broken pages until the custom domain is removed in Settings → Pages. Do both together, then attach actionbase.io to the redirect repo.

Changes

• Delete CNAME and the step that copies it into dist/
• Default SITE_URL in deploy-website.yml and site in astro.config.mjs to https://kakao.github.io/actionbase/
• Derive base from site instead of SITE_URL only, so a plain npm run build matches what's deployed
• Replace actionbase.io links in README.md, website/README.md, llms-txt.mdx, the issue template config, and the social app guide

Not touched

secrets.SITE_URL still takes precedence over the default. I couldn't read repo secrets, so please check it's unset before merging. The Playwright a11y setup in website/__a11y__ is a leftover from the Starlight repo and isn't run in CI.
