Some changes that you have to do:

1. Add it in the correct folder i.e Inside the codeforces folder and inside the correct rating
2. make a folder of the question and add the codefile in it
3. Folder and codefile should be named as Maximum Median and Maximum Median.cpp
4. Add comments in your code
