Align bilingual portfolio and CVs; add Deepfield

Summary

• Align English and Italian site copy with the actual Senior Software Engineer role: Tricentis employment continues, while Tosca Cloud responsibilities are described as past experience. No duties are invented for the new project.
• Put experience before projects and make platform responsibilities and AI workflow easier to scan.
• Add Deepfield as a discontinued personal experiment, with two supplied screenshots and no link to its private repository.
• Update both downloadable CVs using the reviewed single-column, two-page layout, stronger hierarchy and readable 10.5 pt body text. Preserve design background and all technical skill categories; align project status and post-Okta frontend scope.
• Add bilingual CV source data, a shared renderer and checks for PDF content, links and page bounds.
• Replace the obsolete Mission Console README with documentation for the current Astro site.

Validation

• Biome: passed.
• Astro: 36 files checked, no errors or warnings; all four routes built.
• Vitest: 14 tests passed, including CV language parity.
• Playwright: 53 tests passed, including downloads, no-JavaScript rendering, mobile layout and automated accessibility checks.
• Both PDFs: two pages, complete text, correct links and page bounds verified. English pages visually checked in this update; Italian pages visually checked in the preceding review.
• Deepfield gallery visually reviewed on desktop and phone.

Review notes

• Official title remains Senior Software Engineer; no Staff promotion is claimed.
• No production merge requested or performed. Repository About metadata is not modified by this PR.
• PDF opening in Adobe Reader and compatibility with specific ATS products have not been tested.
