Clarify platform specialization in profile and Tricentis headings

Summary

• Keep Senior Software Engineer as the official job title.
• Add a separate Frontend Platform, Governance & Design Systems scope line to the Tricentis experience, in English and Italian.
• Show frontend platforms, developer tooling and design systems below the hero title in both languages, preserving the existing visual style.
• Add React and TypeScript to the Tricentis technology tags, not the title.
• Preserve the historical Tosca Cloud context, all biography paragraphs and both PDFs.

• Biome: 60 files checked, no issues.
• Astro: 0 errors, warnings or hints; production build passed.
• Unit tests: 14 passed.
• Full browser suite: 59 passed.
