Follow-up to PR #104 (merged). Adds the Pi CLI stub documentation to the Cursor Cloud specific instructions section.

Change:

• Documents that a /usr/local/bin/pi stub is needed for foundry plan doctor preflight to pass
• Provides the one-liner to recreate the stub if missing

Verification (all 7 doctor checks PASS with CURSOR_API_KEY + pi stub):
