With a few providers connected the OpenCode tab is one long flat list. Gather it under one header per provider (name, model count, chevron). Click or Enter on a header folds the group, and folds persist in composer-defaults.json next to favorites. Starred models stay pinned above the groups, search stays flat and ignores folds, and the Cmd+1..9 chips count model rows only. Rows under a header drop the inline provider name the header already shows.

[skip ci]commit suppresses automatic bulk CI; the code tree matches the imported upstream revision.With a few providers connected, the OpenCode tab is one long flat list. This groups it under a foldable header per provider, and folds are remembered across restarts.
Starred models stay pinned on top, search is unchanged, and ⌘1 to ⌘9 still count models only.
