Added getPlayerWorld, getWorlds and setWorld
Fixed output aswell as a weird formatting bug (had to remove parenthesis when using the merge_data function)
Added getCurrentWorld() command as well as polishing the documentation a bit

I added 4 commands in the RaspberryJuice plugin (pull request still pending), and created support for the miner package aswell. The commands are: getWorlds(), getPlayerWorld(), getCurrentWorld() and setWorld()
