feat: Add async/await support #110

Adds Promise-based methods to the i2c class to allow for the use of async/await. The new methods are suffixed with "Async" (e.g., `scanAsync`) and wrap the existing callback-based methods. This change is non-breaking. Also adds a new example file, `examples/async-await.js`, to demonstrate how to use the new async/await functionality.
