This change introduces a modern, Promise-based API to the i2c library, making it easier to work with async/await. The new API is backward-compatible and lives alongside the existing callback-based methods.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 3478430085246807793 started by @kelly

Adds a promise-based API to the `i2c` class, providing an alternative to the existing callback-based methods. This is achieved by:

- Introducing a `promisify` helper to create promise-based versions of the native addon functions.
- Adding new `Async` suffixed methods to the `i2c` class that return promises.
- Refactoring the constructor to use the new async methods for initialization.

This change is backward-compatible and does not remove any existing functionality.
