Add to npm registry

Nice package! Your instructions say to install via npm but it doesn't look like it's in the registry. Any chance you could add it? I was able to install locally using the repository url but wasn't able to do globally. Thanks!

In the meantime, add the package globally with npm install -g git+https://git@github.com/kennethklee/mongoose-rolling-migration.git

You should probably know, this library isn't done yet. I was using it for another project but it fell through and I never managed to finish this library. You are welcome to continue it if you like.
