The python format tests so far took their flop from a Liberty file. This test runs with no technology file at all: gates by truth table and a DFF by sequential model, both defined in a py_tech_files script, and two counters built differently from them. The counters prove equal, a counter that counts differently is refuted, so the flop's Python model is what the sequential proof runs on.
