[v2.22] Sync Kiali frontend for OSSMC glass theme support - #860

Sync Kiali PR 10283 so OSSMC defers theme classes to OpenShift Console, adds ParentThemeSync and theme surface styling, and includes Cypress/unit tests. Also add --skip-branch to copy-frontend-src-to-ossmc.sh for branch workflow. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
