Working Interfacing with the HOPERF RFM23BP

DO NOT power the HOPERF RFM23BP with 5V logic. The proper logic level is 3.3V. The HOPERF RFM23BP should be powered (VCC), however, with a 5V power supply.

We had trouble working with the HOPERF RFM23BP and SAMD21 breakout. The connection between the two parts is unreliable and should be avoided.

Decode with FSK not AFSK.
