[Enhancement] Support vertically larger menus and dropdowns  #4728

Description

@Jonaythaz

Describe the enhancement

Like how you can provide a custom minWidth, I would like to also be able to provide a custom maxHeight.

Describe the solution you'd like

I imagine it would work the same way as minWidth does today, although I would like to also be able to provide values other than numbers, like 85vh.

Have you considered any alternatives?

Are there any additional context?
