Updates screenshot image URLs in the README's Russian and English sections to point to newer uploaded assets.
Changes:
- Replaces image URLs for Main Window/Running screenshots in both language sections.
- Replaces image URLs for Orchestrator/Updates screenshots in both language sections.
- Replaces image URL for the Service screenshot in both language sections.
