This fixes a bug due to an out-of-date hack in the ParaxialView's calculation of the effective focal length. I now allow negative EFL values because the hack, which addressed systems with mirrors, is no longer necessary. This makes the widefield epifluorescence microscope example's EFL match the hand-calculated result, which is negative.
