Bug: python is already in path form `..\windowsapps\` with a link but `sys.executable` returns another path

under Windows 11 with python3.12 the path to python.exe is already added to the path from ..\windowsapps\ but sys.executable returns ..\windowsapps\pythonsoftwarefoundation.python.3.12_...\ and therefore is added aswell.

This is not needed but rn I don't see a way around just adding that path aswell.

If someone wants to fix this/ has an idea, feel free to comment or create a pull request.
